Is it cheaper to use Gas heat(wall heater) or to use an electrical heater that you plug in a regular outlet.?
I һаνе gas heat bυt іtѕ 80 dollars tο connect іt аחԁ tһе electrical heater (radiator style) I plug іח ԁοеѕ a ok job fοr now. I’m јυѕt wondering wіƖƖ mу electric bill bе super high.

Here in the north (Wisconsin ) you’d be much better off with the gas heat.
Really depend on where you live. Check the gas rates vs your electrical rates. If you go to your local supplier they will help you map this out. You just need to tell them the size of your house/apartment and the size of your heater, i.e. details on output in amps or btu’s
Gas is cheaper to run per BTU (british thermal units) than electricity for heating (given current promote costs). But, the initial start up costs for gas are higher. Over time you will spend more money for that electric wall heater than for getting a gas one connected. Shut it off, go outside and look at your meter, note how quick it spins. Turn it on, and look at your meter again, you will see what I mean.
